REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

You may be eligible for a replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The print quality does not meet our quality standards.
- The item received is significantly different from the product shown or ordered on our website.
- You receive an incorrect item.

Our customer service team will review the information provided. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items returned without prior authorization, or items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery, may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
